When will my order be shipped?

As soon as your payment is verified, it will be processed by our team. In holidays and in other peak times, it can take up to 4 business days to have your order processed and sent out, but in most cases, it takes only 1-2 business days.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please see delivery costs and time-frames listed below.The average arrival time is 3-4 working days. An international order can, however, take anywhere between 7-15 working days, but this is mainly dependent on your location. We appreciate your patience.

What if my order takes longer?

If your order takes longer to arrive during the non-peak season, please contact our Customer Service team at info@leykos.com  to raise any question or concern about your order delivery.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes, therefore, you will be responsible for these. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Returns

We hope you love our pieces, however If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return them to us within 21 days of order date, providing the items are undamaged and in their original condition. Please visit our Return Policy page for further information. 

Can I pay in my local currency?

The currency will be set to your local currency, then is converted to GBP once you reach checkout.
